VIVENS — living wine created by the energy of nature. A living wine fermented on its own native yeast. Without added sulfur. Just as nature made it in that year.

Living wine

Naturally fermented wine that retains its life and continues to develop.

The vineyard as a living ecosystem

Where vines, sheep, and microorganisms coexist in harmony. Here, everything acts upon everything else, creating a natural balance that is ultimately reflected in the wine.

Wine Collection

Our wines are made from a living vineyard — with native yeast, minimal intervention, and no additives.

Each wine is different, just as nature gave it in that year.

Story

To create a living wine that conveys the energy of nature, brings life, and lifts the heart.

What does Vivens mean?

A living wine that develops with nature and preserves its own energy.

What does Vivens mean?

Vivens, in Latin, means “alive.”

It is a wine that brings life and lifts the heart. Vineyard and nature We care for the vineyard as a living ecosystem, where soil, vine, and animals create a natural symbiosis together. Our approach is based on natural principles — protecting its cycles, preserving balance, and intervening as little as possible. Sheep moving through the vineyard naturally enrich the soil. With minimal intervention, we try to adapt to nature’s rhythm and, by refusing chemical means, support the development of a natural symbiosis in which every element has its role. That development strengthens the life of the soil and reduces the growth of resistance, making the ecosystem healthier and more resilient.

Technology

The main axis of our technology is grapes taken from a living ecosystem. The winemaker’s role is to observe natural fermentation and natural vinification, not to direct them. High standards of cleanliness, our natural grapes, and love are our technology.
